Additionally, your adeptness at partnering cross-functionally will be critical to achieving the goals of this position. This role demands a results-oriented approach that focuses on successful outcomes, which include selling to HCPs, servicing their accounts, and unwavering alignment with ViiV Healthcare's mission of leaving no person with HIV behind. This is a Field role where you will support Prairies Territory covering three provinces Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Details (Your Responsibilities): This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following… 1. Deliver Results Through Exceptional Sales and Service: Identify, target, and win new business by collaborating with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to introduce innovative approaches to HIV treatment. Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to gain a deep understanding of the clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities within target accounts. Utilize data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to pinpoint high-priority prospects. Develop and execute tailored business plans that help HCPs scale their treatment models to reach more patients. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver an integrated product experience to our valued customers. Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset, ensuring customers experience a cohesive, integrated ViiV. Provide exceptional customer service by proactively addressing HCP problems, needs, and requests. Adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals and objectives, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs), scaling successful strategies, and effective problem-solving. 2. Develop and Foster External Relationships: Cultivate valuable relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders. 3. Compliance, Accountability, and Values-Based Culture: Embrace ViiV's culture, expectations, and values as you drive positive change. Thrive in a launch environment, seeing setbacks as opportunities for learning and growth. Courageously escalate issues and risks, when necessary, always advocating for what's right. Demonstrate a clear understanding of and adherence to key compliance and regulatory guidelines. Communicate and collaborate effectively with the National Sales Manager, fellow specialist representatives, and cross-functional partners (marketing, medical, community, etc.). Report all identified adverse events in a timely manner in accordance with internal policies (including VH-CORP-400) and training and provide follow-up information when received. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree OR a mix of formal education and related work experience Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience as consistent top performer. Experience partnering cross functionally with other field-based team members. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed environment. Experience launching new products in Speciality (Injectables) Previous specialty care experience Experience in developing strategic business plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented objectives. Ability to travel domestically as necessary, which may include overnight travel, majority of time will be spent in market. Excellent written and oral communication skills Valid Driver's License* and ability to travel approx. over 50% of the time. *This position requires the employee to drive routinely on Company business and allows for the provision of a company – leased vehicle. However, to be eligible for this position and a company vehicle, ViiV will need to obtain acceptable results from a license verification inquiry and drivers abstract review against its safe driver program requirements. Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences Proven ability to build and leverage a network of specialist physicians. Previous experience in the HIV market Experience successfully selling working with Specialty Pharmacies Strong planning and organization skills, analytical ability, business acumen, decision making ability, and problem-solving skills.
