Territory Sales Manager, Kerr – KSA
**Job Description:** Identifies, develops, manages and retains revenue-generating opportunities for the organization through the strategic and tactical sales and support of all product and service lines. Directly, or indirectly, manages the process from lead validation to product and services delivery, working with marketing, customer service, operations and delivery providers to ensure the highest level of supply chain management is delivered to customers. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group. **Job Requirements:** **Job Title: Territory Sales Manager, Kerr - KSA** **Department: Commercial** **Reports to: Commercial Lead – MEA** **Position Location: Riyadh, KSA** **Job responsibilities** + Represent Kerr in the designed territory of his/her responsibility. + Responsible for achieving Saudi Arabia sales goals within defined timeframes and parameters. + Visit customers on a regular basis to promote products, relate new product information, solicit feedback on the company’s products and services. + Expected to prioritize/focus both sell-in and sell-out, contribute to positive selling environments, communicate, and implement Kerr overall strategy. + Plan a balanced geographic sales calls cycle to assure full coverage for the whole assigned territory. + Submit a monthly sales report on time. + Have an excellent product knowledge and know very well the features and benefits of Kerr products & the competition and communicate that easily to the customer. + Conduct group presentations for end users. + Train and guide the dealer representatives, maintain an excellent relation with them, work with them closely and join them in weekly dual sales calls. + Make sure that the dealer representative follows the sales lead in an effective way. + Develop and manage the sales training programs required to maximize the effectiveness of the distributor’s sales team. + Get feedback from the market regarding their satisfaction of Kerr products and to report any problems or complaints they might have. + Get feedback from the market regarding the competitors and to report any activities or promotional offers they make. + Maintain an excellent relationship with the KOLs and decision makers. + Always respond to and maintain deadlines. + Empower self and others through effective, collaborative relationships that accomplish organizational objectives. + Understand and support the company’s sales policies and procedures **QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:** + 1-3 years of commercial/sales experience in the dental consumables business, with successful track record (Dental Education background is preferable) + Strong understanding of Saudi Dental consumables market “Scientific Societies, DSO’s, distribution model, tender process, Key Expert, Local practice regulations and guidelines” + Demonstrated ability to digest, to comprehend, and verbalize highly technical products and clinical information related to company and industry products. + Demonstrated professional sales and business devolvement skills. + Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. + Excellent project management and problem-solving capabilities. + Excellent presentation & communication skills. + IT literacy and use of different web applications and CRM + Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) + Ability to work closely with different teams in a cross-culture environment. + Fluent in English, Arabic. **Operating Company:** Kerr Envista and its family of companies (Envista) will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate.
