Territory Sales Manager

Role Summary
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for selling goods to wholesalers and/or dealers that make up our customer base within their assigned territory and to grow Custom Window Systems sales and presence within the assigned territory.

➢ Knowledge of company products and services
➢ Qualify opportunities, recommend solutions, and close sales
➢ Monitor and report on market and competitive activities
➢ Conduct phone call and face-to-face sale follow ups
➢ Analyze territory sales performance reports and develop strategic plans to support growth
➢ Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
➢ Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
➢ Perform other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned

Technical Skills or Certifications Required
➢ Work independently with limited training and supervision
➢ Solid computer skills and time management/prioritization skills
➢ Strong oral and written presentation skills
➢ Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
