RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support EP sessions at new and developing EP centers
- Support EnSite advanced 3D mapping cases for all complex arrythmia
- Upgrading the skills on the newly launched products
Sales
- Achieving the monthly & quarterly Targets
- Develops a clear understanding of clinical selling skills imperatives by undertaking sales skills training and engaging with other team members to better understand the key objectives designed to drive business growth.
- Encourage customers to use ASJM products
- Product demonstrations to customers.
Distributor Management
- Coordinate with Distributor to manage the inventory on Shelf
- Coordinate with Distributor to get the Primary Orders as well as payments
- Coordinate with Internatal Stake holders for the effective distributor management
- Conducting the Physical Inventory Check in Hospital & Distributor shelf on monthly basis
Clinical Expertise
- Support EP sessions at EP centers
- Support EnSite advanced 3D mapping cases
- Support EP sessions at EP Centers and EnSite advanced 3D mapping cases including high level, accurate technical service/troubleshooting advice
- Provide market feedback on ASJM product direction/strategy/materials, as well as competitor activity and products.
- Attend company sales meetings and customer events as required
- Ensure maintenance of company property/assets.
- Handle and document customer complaints according to SJM Field Event Reporting Standard Operating Procedure
- Action any other customer complaints with relevant division
- Perform other related functions and responsibilities as directed by Manager
