Position Overview
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of professional sales managers who are effective at building the Pella brand within the trade industry. This role involves achieving group sales goals by coaching and developing sales managers’ skills in relational selling techniques across all active Pella product offerings. The Territory Sales Manager models market expertise and fosters business partner relationships with customers. This role also includes supporting Regional General Manager responsibilities as needed. The objective is to grow market share through proactive development of new customer relationships and to ensure profitability through value selling and accuracy.
