The Territory Manager’s key responsibilities include developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase sales of the organization’s PVC Overwrap & Foodservice Films product line. This position is a field sales position that requires interfacing with customer contacts at multiple levels in Purchasing, Product Development, Operations, Quality, Sales and Marketing. Accounts vary from small to large companies in different market segments, but primarily selling to users and distributors of flexible food packaging- grocery, food service and processors. Additionally, the TSM will oversee the activities of locally assigned sales agents/brokers which may be account specific within a market. Here, the TSM responsibility is to act as the facilitator between the agent/broker and Berry for support-pricing, samples and product development. The role includes management of broker/agents engaged to manage joint ICL and IPD accounts.  Midwest Territory.
