Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities: (Please specify % amount against each responsibility)

负责ENT设备及耗材产品在目标区域的维护及渠道开发。

与重点医院和经销商构建良好的合作关系,完成销售任务。

客户维护,协作客户各项工作,挖掘潜在需求。

经销商的管理及开发,构建良好的合作关系。 

结合学术要求,配合市场活动有效分配资源,推动学术推广。 

执行公司下达的政策和任务,定期缴交各项报表。

Location: 南京

Education: 全日制本科以上学历,临床专业优先。

Licenses/Certifications: 无特殊要求

Experience: 3-5年或以上相关销售经验,耗材或药品背景。

Competences:

勤奋敬业,大客户把控能力好,客户服务意识高。

相关领域销售经验,外资背景优先。

综合素质良好,学习能力强。

心态积极正向,具备生意思路。

良好的自我管理能力及团队协作能力。

道德正直,能严格遵守公司各项规章制度以及合规要求。
