Primary Function / Primary Goals / Objectives:

The Territory Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating hospital sales activities and strategies within a given geographical area while increasing sales, profits and market share on a long term basis. The Territory Manager is required to maintain an active and visible role with hospital customers (including National Accounts, Hospital Chains, Wholesalers etc) on an as needed basis. This position works closely with other ADC Sales Executives and Managers to promote hospital sales and implement hospital oriented programs through out the given territory.

Major Responsibilities:

Establishes and maintains contact with existing and potential KOLs/hospital customersEstablishes and expands relationships with decision makers within top HospitalsDevelops and executes sales programs/activities at the KOL/hospital levelsConduct “nurses training” programs in hospitals to increase awareness of our products and to gain market shareEstablishes and expands positive relationships with key stake holders in top KOLs, Hospitals and stockistsCalls on local distribution centers to specifically train CSR personnel and execute local promotion where ever possibleProspects for new hospital customers within a given geographical territoryWorks closely with other ADC Sales Executives and Managers to develop existing and potential hospital customersMonitors customer orders related to the hospital sales channelMonitors and resolves issues with distribution/delivery of productsSupports customers through ongoing sales service & availability of productsProvide inputs for forecasting, sales analysis, inventory control and promotionsPromotes new products and company programsPrepares and processes necessary administrative paperworkContinued efforts to improve product knowledge and selling capabilitiesAdheres to all company sales policies and proceduresManages profit margins to company objectivesConsistently generates increased hospital sales for the given geographical territory
