ResponsibilitiesLead the demand generation activities in the territory with local distributorsManage and operate the market development team to create market demand (Presentation, Technical seminars, Farmer field day workshop, Events, …)Work with relevant local distributors’ staff to achieve /exceed the sales consumption targets in the region.Build and develop the Farmer Network Skill coaching for market development team.Drive the Technical training for market development team and Farmer Network Operating the coordination between the market development team with marketing teamMapping area’s crop structure, pest forecasting, market insights collectionsSurveying farmer and customer’s demands and feedbackJoining to organize and seminar on local TV New product launching preparation such as pre-commercial trials, demo
Qualifications
Leadership and strong initiative skills.University graduated, preferable in Crop protection, Agriculture, Rural DevelopmentManagement experience and people leadership.At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing Good presentation and communication skills Experience in building and developing customer network including farmers.Good at English is preferable
