Job Position: TSOFunction: UFSWL: 1AReports to: SE/ASMLocation: Mumbai ROBusiness Context and Main Purpose of the Job
TSO is the entry level for FF on Unilever Payroll. UFS business is about feet on street, the more people we have, higher is the conversion ratio. Each TSO is limited to 150-200 customers. Beyond that it becomes difficult for a TSO to manage as he is unable to meet more than 8 customers a day.
Main Accountabilities:
Doing productive 8-10 sales calls on daily basis & follow the PJP for the month
Customer Acquisitions and increase assortment to existing customers
Achieve sales target monthly / Quarterly
Continuous increase in Chefmanship score by doing Demos to HORECA customers
Complete RS Management (Stocks, Billing , Inventory, Hygiene, Secondary, ROI)
Ensure the minimum inventory to be maintained at RS point as per guidelines
Responsible for achieving primary and secondary target of RS for his territory
Overall growth for his territory as per expectation
Nourishing the grievances of the customer
Training their subordinates (TTSO/3P)
Sending reports (xl and ATOS) to the supervisor as an when required
