We’re hiring for the position of Territory Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for marketing and sales of our wide spectrum of crops, building relationships with key players in the grain industry as well as our dynamic South African farmers and work in close partnership with leading companies in the industry

Your Challenge:

You must be able to work independently and be highly motivatedYou must have exceptional communication skills and people knowledgeYou must be disciplined and have a drive to reach targets under challenging conditionsYou must have a good knowledge of Agriculture and cultivation of cash cropsYou must be a team player

Key Stakeholders and Interactions:

You will mostly be working with our clients daily but will also work closely with partners in Agriculture like financial institutions, co-operations and from time-to-time our government officials

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

A diploma/degree in Agriculture or marketingAt least 3 years’ experience in marketing and sales or Agriculture related businessA valid South African driver’s licenseTo read, write and speak English and Afrikaans fluentlyTo be computer literateTo have good communication skills.To physically work on fields when trials are planted, evaluated, or harvested
