About the Role
Victaulic is seeking a motivated and dynamic Territory Sales Representative (TR) to join our Energy team, focusing on the Oil Sands sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with a variety of stakeholders within the Oil Sands community, including Owners, Engineers, Fabricators, Contractors, and Distributors.
As our onsite representative, you’ll play a key role in fostering relationships and driving sales, while being an integral part of the local Oil Sands network.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Call on Oil Sands Owners, Engineers, Fabricators, Contractors, and Distributors to build and maintain strong relationships.Community Presence: Serve as a representative of Victaulic within the local Oil Sands community. Previous onsite exposure in Oil Sands projects is preferred but not required.Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete sales cycle, from identifying new projects and opportunities to overseeing installations and providing follow-up support.Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in the Oil Sands Metro Team, located in Fort McMurray and Calgary.
Travel Requirements
Travel is approximately 20–25%, primarily within Alberta, including Fort McMurray, Edmonton, and Calgary.
Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience in sales, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the Oil Sands or related industries.Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on consultative selling and client collaboration.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Oil Sands industry is a strong asset but not mandatory.Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Salary: $75 – 95k (based on experience) + (car, uncapped commission & bonus)
