**Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Solution Engineer** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **civil engineering** and a deep understanding of Autodesk infrastructure solutions, including **Civil 3D** , **Autodesk Water Solution** , **Infraworks** , and **Autodesk Construction Cloud** . This role requires a minimum of **7 years** of work experience in the field and a proven track record of leveraging technology to drive business success

**Responsibilities**
Autodesk Infrastructure Solutions
+ Leverage your expertise in Autodesk's infrastructure solution portfolio to design, implement, and support projects involving **Civil 3D** , **Autodesk Water Solution** , **Infraworks** , and **Autodesk Construction Cloud**
ESRI Solution Stack
+ Apply your knowledge of the **ESRI solution stack** to integrate and enhance our infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless data management and spatial analysis
Sales Mindset
+ Collaborate with the **sales team** to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide technical expertise throughout the sales process. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner to support solution adoption
Salesforce.com
+ Use your understanding of **Salesforce.com** to manage customer relationships, track project progress, and ensure client satisfaction
LUMA Methodology and Value Engineering (Optional)
+ While not mandatory, familiarity with **LUMA methodology** and **value engineering** principles will be an added advantage, aiding in driving innovation and delivering high-value solutions to clients
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ **Education** : Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering** or a related field
+ **Experience** : At least **7 years** of relevant work experience in civil engineering and infrastructure solutions
+ **Technical Skills** : Proficiency in Autodesk solutions like **Civil 3D** , **Autodesk Water Solution** , **Infraworks** , **Autodesk Construction Cloud** , and **ESRI solution stack**
+ **Sales Skills** : A strong **sales mindset** , capable of understanding client needs, creating tailored solutions, and supporting the sales process
+ **CRM Skills** : Proficient in using **Salesforce.com** to manage customer relationships and track project progress
+ **Additional Skills** : Familiarity with **LUMA methodology** and value engineering is a plus.

+ Works independently, seeking guidance only at critical points, and may begin acting as a mentor or resource for colleagues with less experience
+ A seasoned, experienced professional with a complete understanding of the area of specialization; resolves a broad range of issues in creative ways. This position is for a fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level professional
+ Resolves problems of diverse scope, where data analysis requires evaluating identifiable factors and selecting appropriate methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Demonstrates good judgment in solution selection
+ Networks with senior internal and external personnel within their area of expertise
+ Responsible for **selling** the company’s products or services, **developing new accounts** , and/or **expanding existing accounts**
+ Generally receives minimal instruction on day-to-day work and broad guidance on new assignments
