· Leads and communicates the plan and schedule for preventive maintenance of equipment prioritizing laser equipment and the like to requestors.
· Provides solutions, organizes, and directs the maintenance work of technicians on escalated issues related to equipment engineering activities.
· Designates line assignment during troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
· Designs improvement or automation of machine whether build or acquire externally.
· Reviews and interprets data derived from measuring equipment.
· Monitors maintenance and breakdown reports and generates machine performance reports.
· Assesses machine efficiency and cost effectiveness and identifies improvement activities.
· Monitor, assess, classifies, conducts inventory, and ensures availability of machine spare parts.
· Ensures company-wide compliance of ESD policy and procedure; trains and assists team members on ESD related activities.
· Creates PM procedures and work instructions as required.
· Executes, contributes to, and participates in 5S activities within assigned station/area.
· Review and revise any changes related to Equipment Document such as Job Aid , FMEA ,WI , etc..
· Perform other related duties as maybe required.
