HX5 is currently seeking a Test and Evaluation Engineer to join our team at Robins AFB, Georgia.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide systems engineering support on activities including risk management, configuration management, requirements development and verification support.  Lead designated ground and flight test activities with the Government team. Facilitating all test planning and test readiness reviews with the Prime Contractor. Prepare management reports and conduct technical presentations for planning, implementation and corrective action. Perform validation of systems, including development of criteria and procedures. Conduct engineering reviews, studies, audits, and technical analysis.

Education and Experience:

Undergraduate engineering degree from an ABET-accredited college. BS degree and eighteen (18) years of professional work experience

Preferences:

Prior experience with development and acquisition of military weapons systems, especially air-launched missiles. Prior experience with planning and execution of tests at any of the following ranges: Pt Mugu Sea Range, Reagan Test Site, Edwards AFB, White Sands Missile Range. Prior experience with the RCC 319 process and Frequency Allocation process (DD 1494). Prior experience with link margin analysis.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Other Position Requirements:

Proof of U.S. Citizenship is a requirement for this position. Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance by date of hire.  Must be able to travel as necessary.
