Clearance:Active DoD Secret Clearance
Work Schedule:On-site Monday-Friday with <10% CONUS travel.
Role Overview:
The Testing and Evaluation Specialist will conduct test Planning, Preparation, Execution, Analysis, and Reporting (PPEAR) for test events in a lab or exercise environment, and participate in test planning and coordination meetings, providing technical input as needed. They will conduct and manage test events based on Test Plans, Test Procedures, and schedules provided. The Test and Evaluation Specialist may act as a Test Director for test events when deemed appropriate. During test events, they are responsible for capturing test observations, system or data anomalies, and system performance failures. After the completion of the test event, the Test and Evaluation Specialist will analyze all data captured or recorded, and generate a Test Report using supplemental Problem Change, Trouble, Preliminary Trouble, or Test Incident Reports to ensure completion and accuracy of the Test Report. Lessons learned, data collected, and reports compiled will be used by the Test and Evaluation Specialist as technical support for identifying technical issues requiring resolution during various conferences, working groups, and technical meetings.

Specific Skillset
+ Conduct test planning, preparation, execution, analysis, and reporting (PPEAR) for test events in lab or exercise environments.

+ Act as a Test Director for test events when appropriate.

Requirements
Education & Certifications
+ High School diploma or equivalent required
+ Graduate of JT-201 Multi-Tactical Data Link Network Planner Course preferred
Experience Requirements
+ 5+ years experience in testing, preferably on C4I Systems
+ 5+ years experience with TDL specifications, operations, or systems
+ Familiarity with USMC C4I systems preferred
