Job description We are seeking a highly skilled Test and Verification Engineer to join our client, a leader in the engineering sector. Your responsibilities will include: Developing strategies for test automation and manual verification. Overseeing and directing the test development processes, including designs, reviews, implementations, and test execution. Evaluating and understanding our client’s current state of testing and driving change to increase test automation and improve overall testing practices. Continuously improving testing methodology, best practices, and standards to provide consistent testing across products. Analyzing anomalies and requesting modifications when required. Periodically reviewing how the test strategy aligns with the latest available technologies and industry trends. To be successful in this role, you should have: A master’s degree in engineering in the fields of automatics, IT, electronics, or a similar field. At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field. Good communication skills in English and French (Dutch will be a bonus) Knowledge of AUTOSAR is a plus. Experience in Functional Safety (ISO 26262) is a big plus.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
