Test Article Coordinator

We have an excellent career opportunity for a Test Article Coordinator to join our team in Madison, WI.

Position Summary:

This position performs any combination of sample management tasks, including shipping, receiving, storing, labeling, sampling, transferring, tracking, inventory reconciliation, archival, and disposal of test article, control article, and/or samples.

The essential job duties are:

Assist in reviewing shipping paperwork and container information against protocols and eNotesCoordinate retrieval, check out, and return of study related materials and documents appropriatelyResponsible for entry and accuracy of client material inventoriesCommunicate any discrepancies to appropriate personnelHandle internal customer inquiries and requestsLearn to maintain storage units in accordance with GLPs, SOPs, and Policies and Procedures to ensure the integrity of study related materials and assists with organization of the unitsPerforms other related duties as assigned

Education/Experience

Associate’s degreeExperience may be substituted for level of educationExperience with internal/external customer serviceAbility to use a variety of computer applications and proficient at the department specific software usedExcellent documentation skills

Schedule: primarily 1st shift

Flexibility needed due to overtime and on-call once every 4-6 weeks
