Job Title: Test Article Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a Test Article Coordinator to oversee the logistics of our department. The role involves receiving test articles from clients, communicating sample conditions, handling shipping and receiving, managing sample disposition, and logging out test articles to the lab. Each day will bring new tasks in a fast-paced environment, guided by a daily 'to-do' list. Responsibilities + Manage overall logistics of the department + Receive test articles from clients + Communicate with clients regarding the condition of samples and other related matters + Handle shipping and receiving of samples + Manage sample disposition + Log out test articles to the lab Requirements + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related fields) + 1+ years of logistics experience + 1+ years of work experience demonstrating multitasking, organization, and strong customer service + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel + Strong attention to detail + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Dependability and self-motivation + Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in laboratory, quality control, or sample management + Knowledge of quality assurance (QA) + Strong work ethic and coachability Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 • Medical, dental & vision• Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital• 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available• Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents)• Short and long-term disability• Health Spending Account (HSA)• Transportation benefits• Employee Assistance Program• Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Madison,WI.
