Overview
The Epiq Testing Program Coordinator (TPC) assists the Product Managers (PMs) and Client Services Managers (CSMs) with the program management of key features and application releases to be validated by business stakeholders and/or clients. The TPC plays a key role in interfacing between the Client, Client Services, Epiq Operations, Engineering, and Product Management to develop Go-To-Market (GTM) project plans, seeking understanding of intended functionality that needs to be validated, and overseeing the administration of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in pre-production environments.
This position will report to the Director of the Sr. Product Operations Manager.
Essential Job Responsibilities
A TPC must meet critical client requirements, including but not limited to, the following key areas:
Program Oversight – Own the Testing Program end-to end. Understand and support communication around program objectives, goals, and progress to program directors, executives, upper management, and stakeholders. Ensure milestones are on track by assisting with or creating, planning and monitoring of key deliverables within the program. Be a subject matter expert and ensure interdependencies are identified and collaboration is occurring between the various squads.Test Case Accountability – For any functionality eligible to be part of a Testing Program, working with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure clear and objective testing criteria is documented in Azure DevOps (ADO), so that test users can clearly validate the expected behaviors.Access Controls – Ensuring all users that need access to a UAT testing environment are provisioned and ensure appropriate access.Data Orchestration – For certain clients and/or deliverables, the UAT environment must be loaded with appropriate test data, so that the program can be administered. Working with Engineers and Engineering Managers, the test data should be identified and loaded into UAT· Beta Testing Administration –
Business Understanding – For every Beta test, the TPC should have appropriate context of the outcomes and testing scenarios so they can appropriately guide novice users.Recruiting – Working with Leaders to identify affected individuals who should be part of the Beta Test.Scheduling – Based on a GTM plan and recruited individuals, creating Beta Test events for participants.Facilitation – During Beta Test Events, provide context, help users understand flows, and create an engaging experience for participants to try out never before seen software products.Follow-Up – Collect actionable feedback from the Beta Test to distill into subsequent development for future phases or immediate remediation of issues.Process Improvements – TPCs should consistently be looking for way to improve Epiq processes and procedures to more profitably deliver services to our clients. Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.Stakeholder Relationships – Develop and maintain strong working communications, relationships and collaboration with internal partners.Client Interface – Successfully navigate and communicate with clients to ensure their needs are captured, met and addressed. Manage escalated issues and incidents.Required Qualifications & Characteristics
This is an entry level position. On-the-job training will be provided.A Bachelor’s degree is required.Excellent computer skills, exceptional planning and organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail are all required.Critical thinking and problem solvingFlexibility & self-starter accountability to meet tight deliverable windows.Outstanding communication skills are required. #LI-RC1The Compensation range for this role is 67,482.90 - 134,965.20 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
