We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Data Management (TDM) Architect to design and implement robust test data management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of test data management tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop enterprise-wide Test Data Management (TDM) strategies and solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand environment management and release management requirements, translating them into effective TDM strategies. Lead the implementation of TDM solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. Leverage hands-on experience with TDM tools such as Broadcom TDM, Delphix, GenRocket, and K2View to drive effective solutions. Analyze and map data flows, database structures, and various DBMS systems for optimal test data management. Develop and execute solutions for synthetic test data generation, data masking, and data find-and-reserve implementations. Utilize expertise in SQL and advanced SQL concepts for test data extraction, transformation, and loading. Ensure seamless integration of TDM strategies with functional workflows and APIs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 8-12 years of experience in designing and implementing TDM solutions for large-scale projects. Tools: Proficient in TDM tools like Broadcom TDM, Delphix, GenRocket, or K2View. Data Management: Strong understanding of database structures, data flows, and DBMS systems. Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with synthetic test data generation, data masking, and SQL (including advanced concepts). Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with telecom, banking, and finance industries. Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain complex technical concepts effectively. Quality Assurance: Experience in quality assurance projects with a focus on test data management. Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of API integrations and functional workflows. Knowledge of environment and release management strategies related to test data. Familiarity with domain-specific challenges in telecom, banking, or finance sectors
