Job Description

This position entails port quality audits and vehicle inspections at the following location: Shreveport, LA
This is not a WAH position and the employee will be required to work on site.

Essential Responsibilities:

Individuals hired to the Project shall be required to learn all Port Quality Audit Applications and tools to perform their daily tasks and responsibilities, including, but not limited to the following:Utilizing Port Audit WebsitePort Audit Data Collection ToolProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to report audit findingsVehicle Test DriverTire pressure, gap and flushness gagesAbility to use an automotive lift to allow for vehicle underbody inspections.Update Tools as neededReview Repair Lot DailyComplete layer audits of inspection processLayered auditsSpecial audit of Load Line Vehicles going to high warrantyRail AuditsProject personnel shall be required to perform quality audits on vehiclesComplete 40 - 50 audits a day for various areasIndividuals hired to the Project shall be required to submit all the audit results obtained during the work day before leaving for the day.REPORTS AND MEETINGSReport out weekly finding on all daily audits at the end of each week and month.Keep trend charts on their assigned model.Other various reports as neededConsultant shall:Provide all required reports in electronic format using specified layouts and software in accordance with defined report schedule;Provide daily audit results collected by Project personnelProvide accurate information reports generated by Project personnel when requested

Education:

Must be a high school graduateBachelor’s degree preferredClear driving record requiredExperience in Automotive Quality Control / Quality Assurance preferredAbility to work outside in all-weather conditionsAbility to travel as needed.Work well with others and independently 

This is not a remote/WAH position and the employee will be required to work on site
