We are Hiring for a Test Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Test Engineer to lead and execute environmental testing procedures across a wide range of products and industries. This role is responsible for managing daily lab operations, conducting specialized testing, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as MIL-STD-810. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental chamber testing, vibration analysis, and technical documentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily laboratory operations including scheduling, quoting, training, customer witnessing, and audit facilitation.Perform environmental chamber testing on products for commercial, military, medical, and consumer applications.Execute specialized tests including fungus, shock, and vibration testing.Ensure all testing procedures comply with MIL-STD-810 standards.Develop and deliver technical documentation and test plans tailored to customer requirements.Required QualificationsProven experience in shock testing.understanding of MIL-STD-810 testing protocols.Proficiency in vibration and environmental chamber testing.Preferred SkillsExperience with HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Testing) and HASS (Highly Accelerated Stress Screening).Familiarity with electronics testing and preventative maintenance procedures.Skills in vibration analysis, altitude chamber testing, and humidity testing.Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
