In your new job you will:

Be responsible for test hard- and software development for Si and SiCpower semiconductors Manage test specification discussions in project teams Generate test programs, integrate test equipment, debug, validate and document test results Optimize test methods to improve quality and reduce costs through test platform transfers Closely cooperate with different development teams and production locations Implement test solutions 

Your Profile

You are an pro-active, self-driven and analytical character who finds problem-solving exciting (as readjustments of e.g. test procedures are part of your daily work routine). Furthermore, you possess the ability to work in a structured, efficient and independent manner, able to solve problems and to prioritize tasks accordingly.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or related discipline Ideally first experience in test engineering / product engineering Sound knowledge of electrical circuit and hardware programming Ability to work in a structured, efficient and independent (prioritize tasks) manner Familiarity with test automation frameworks and scripting languages such as Python, LabVIEW, or MATLAB for automating hardware testing processes is a plus Fluent English communication Who are we? Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
