HOW A TEST ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Ensures the security and effectiveness of our products and systems.Conducts comprehensive testing of cybersecurity systems and products to ensure their security and effectiveness.Develop and implement test plans and procedures based on industry standards and best practices.Identify and report any vulnerabilities or weaknesses in cybersecurity systems or products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues found during testing.Stay up to-date on the latest cyber threats and incorporate them into testing strategies.Generate detailed reports and documentation of test results, including recommendations for improvement.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and findings.Utilize technical expertise to propose and implement solutions for improving cybersecurity systems.Participate in design and code reviews to ensure security is built into the development process.Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and procedures.Adhere to all DIA and DoD for cybersecurity and testing.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Required Education and Experience: BS + 5 yearsCertifications: DoD Manual 8570.01-M at the Information Assurance Technical (IA T) Level I roleSecurity Clearance Level: TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI PolygraphLocation: On Customer Site
