Microsoft Silicon Engineering is pushing technology hard in all areas including advanced packaging technology. We are looking for candidates with strong technical breath experience in the area of HPC/AI/GPU/CPU DFT Architecture, DFT/Design Interface, ATE Test Content Development and Debug, ATE test pattern conversion, test program and hardware automation infrastructure framework, exposure to smart manufacturing such as AI/ML based test flow and explore to various industry tester platforms.
