Reponsibilities：

Lead new testing method development based on new  equipment or customers' requirement.  Undertake the work on test improvement and equipment improvement.  Review test procedure and improve nonalignment between test procedures  and actual operation.  May be required to  perform duties other than those specified in this description. 

Requirements：

Bachelor or higher Degree (master preferred)  in Mechanical & Electrical engineering or other science and engineering.  About 3 years of lab related work experience is preferred.  If you are Master degree graduates, welcome to join us.  Good at communication. Continuous improvements and have consciousness of responsibility would be more align with our culture.  Good English reading skill. Oral English is preferred.
