Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting PEO Missiles and Space Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) PATRIOT radar ground and missile flight test mission execution (requires travel)Responsible for the development of test plans /technical artifacts needed for test mission executionAbility to coordinate mission resources and collaborate across stakeholders and internal/external organizationsAbility to interpret system requirements / test objectives ensure proper mission configuration etc.Responsible for leading working groups (WG) / integrated product teams (IPT)

                                                                                                                                         

Basic Qualifications:

US citizenship required0-5 years’ experience in Test and EvaluationBS engineering degreeDesire to work in the Test & Evaluation field, supporting radar system development, integration and test related activitiesCollaborate with senior engineers to implement system configurations and resolve technical issuesSupport documentation of system configurations, procedures, develop test plans and test schedulesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new technologiesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationshipsAbility to obtain a Secret clearanceHuntsville, AL based positionAbility to travel up to 25 percent of the time per year (typically duration no more than 2 weeks at a time)

Preferred Qualifications:

MS engineering or related STEM degree;  MBA  degreePrior experience working / leading in a teamExperience interpreting test objectives from system requirementsInternship or practical experience in systems engineering, or related field
