Job Description
Ensure testability and serviceability of new product designs, providing feedback to design teams addressing opportunities for defects in manufacturing and field use. Prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications and procedures for new products and product design changes throughout the product’s lifecycle. Accurately estimate project costs and schedules associated with implementing test solutions. Own test requirements from the vendor, to shipment, to the customer. Verify products meet their functional requirements, including design verification and manufacturing screens. Analyze capabilities and ensure control of critical parameters of products and test equipment.

Work 5 days a week onsite. Regularly work in lab, office, and manufacturing facilities with power output up to 60 kW. Travel to international manufacturing and/or development locations may be required throughout the product’s lifecycle. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $70.00/hr.
