Job Description

As a Test Engineer you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Our work depends on Test Engineer joining our team to perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites.

HOW A TEST ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Analyze testing outcomes to identify and document design gaps and functionality improvements and transition to Business Analyst.            Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support product testing.Execute product tests and document the test results.Validate test bed across different environments and share results.Participate in Agile ceremonies and processes.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bachelor's degree3+ years of experience with end-to-end Agile software testing, including supporting and resolving IT related issues, participating in code reviews, and monitoring, reporting, and documenting defects to support continuous improvement.Develop Test Automation framework using Java/Scala REST APIs Experience with Functional Testing and Development of test scriptsHands-on API testing experience.Experience supporting data and environment configuration with tools such as Jenkins/GitHub.Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.Must consistently deliver work that meets or exceeds established standards, demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail, thoroughness, and adherence to specifications.Candidate must have established residency in the U.S. for at least 3 out of the last 5 years.Candidate must be able to obtain a Federal Public Trust.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Gatling Test ExecutionFamiliarity with any NoSQL database.Produce estimates for new functionality or enhancements.Agile certification in SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, CSM or other agile certifications.Ability to perform in high pressure environment and under strict deadlines.Ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities.Proven ability to work independently and as a team memberStrong organizational, attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
