Duties and Responsibilities:
⦁ Analyzes board failures (DOA/WARR/NFF/SPR) encountered by customers and works with cross-functional teams to resolve such cases.
⦁ Develops containment and corrective actions to support product quality improvements.
⦁ Leads or supports critical projects that support operations.
⦁ May support new product transfers.
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:
⦁ Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent courses.
⦁ Must have high analytical skills.
⦁ Must have a high sense of urgency.
⦁ Must be capable of leading or interfacing with cross-functional teams across different levels of the organization.
⦁ Must have solid hardware troubleshooting skills.
⦁ Must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
