Test Engineer (GCS, Philippines: Cebu)
Duties and Responsibilities: ⦁ Analyzes board failures and quality issues (DOA/WARR/NFF/SPR) encountered by customers and works with cross-functional teams to resolve such cases. ⦁ Develops containment and corrective actions to manage product quality improvements and yield trends ⦁ Spearhead or support critical projects for repair and non-repair operations. ⦁ May support new product transfers. Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required: ⦁ Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or related courses ⦁ Must have high analytical and decision-making skills. ⦁ Must have a high sense of urgency. ⦁ Must be capable to initiate/collaborate with cross-functional teams across different levels of the organization. ⦁ Must have solid electronics hardware troubleshooting skills. Experience is a plus. ⦁ Must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously. ⦁ Proficient in using software and productivity tools (MS Office, Cadence Allegro, PowerBI, etc) ⦁ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
