Responsibilities:
• Determine appropriate test equipment required to understand if modification or fabrication is required and assist in the design or fabrication of necessary equipment.
• Effectively communicate with engineering teams regarding test progression and preliminary test results.
• Analyze and present test data via plotted graphs, spreadsheets and statistics using data acquisition and data analysis software.
• Strain gauge components and provide load and strain data to Finite Element Engineers.
• Attend design reviews and research and recommend design modifications based on test results.
• Operate and program data acquisition equipment.
• Assure completeness and accuracy of tests performed and maintain calibration of equipment.
• Maintain test results and test reports in a detailed and organized manner.
• Develop and write new test standards and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Safely ride and evaluate ATV’s, Recreation Off Highway Vehicles (ROV’s), snowmobiles, turf equipment, golf cars, utility vehicles, personal transportation vehicles, and ground support equipment.
• Acquire and analyze acoustic and vibration data and analyze design changes that effect the product line and perform tests or procedures to ensure compliance.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Engineering Technology required
• Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience required
• Software Knowledge: Unigraphics NX, NI LabVIEW, Simcenter, nCode, Data Loggers, Siemens, SCADAS, AIM, CSM, Somat, Dew-esoft
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in cross- functional teams
