The role involves extensive system testing, aimed at assessing a broad spectrum of mission equipment such as communication, computing, navigation, and surveillance systems, to ensure they meet design and functionality standards. Responsibilities:
Participate in internal and external meetings and briefs.Generate presentation material and conduct presentations for internal and external program briefs.Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and program stakeholders to develop test strategy for new programs.Draft and develop test plans and test procedures of various complexities, with specific test criteria.Execute testing (local and off-site) in accordance with approved test plans and test procedures to evaluate or demonstrate functionality of components, sub-systems, mission systems and other article systems and capabilities.When required, travel to offsite test locations and lead/participate in planned test activities.Troubleshoot test anomalies discovered during test.Draft and develop test reports summarizing all test findings following conclusion of test.Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering or other related discipline and typically 6 or more years of experienceHigher education may substitute for relevant experienceConceptual knowledge of engineering principles and practicesFamiliarity working in multi-disciplinary design and development teamsExperience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teamsKnowledge of requirements management, system design, and systems integrationExperience with planning, conducting and documenting Verification and Validation (V&V) activitiesAbility to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and use logical trouble shooting techniques The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is requiredQualifications We Prefer:

Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
