Roles & Responsibilities:

Verify conformance to specification by measuring and testing during in-house manufacturingPerform incoming goods control, product inspections, witness points to control quality for items from external suppliersDevelops new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizationsWorking together with senior business leadership team. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research doneDelivers products as part of a teamWorks on cross functional teamsAlternatively: Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methodsSuitable for working in 2 shifts (08:00-16:00 / 16:00-00:00) and adaptable to flexible working hours based on test programsLiving core values of safety & integrity

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical Engineer or Electric Electronical Engineering Minimum 2-year experience in one of the following fields: quality, manufacturing, maintenance, engineering divisions or having an experience at site operations supervisoryNo obstacle to work from Gebze PlantHaving an experience at site operations supervisoryProficiency in English is a mustDemonstrated technical aptitude & discussions and a passion for qualityStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent people management skills and interpersonal soft skillsEffective time management skills and technical communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in high/medium voltage, power system etc.Effective problem-solving skillsHigh voltage testing experienceIEC/IEEE testing standard knowledge in power transformers/reactorsIEC17025 standard knowledge
