In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Work with a team to design and implement automated tests and test infrastructure. Participate in reviews of product requirements, test designs, and implementations. Work with cross-functional teams to help solve engineering challenges. Provide analysis for change requests considering the impact to product testing and schedule Support manufacturing of test systems by working with global manufacturing, solving issues, and deploying/maintaining test stations Create hardware that is robust with simple and functional user interfaces Develop & maintain supporting documentation (service manual, troubleshooting guide, etc.) Provide technical support for test stations Who You Are: You balance planning with actions. You focus on creating an effective collaborative style.   For This Role, You Will Need: Pursuing a Bachelor's in Engineering or Science from an Engineering School (students in any class status will be considered)  Zero (0) years of related experience  Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person at a Twin Cities location (Shakopee, Chanhassen, or Eden Prairie, MN) Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: GPA of 3.0 or above Prior internship experience
