Test Engineering Technician

SRCTec, LLC is currently seeking a hard-working individual to assume a position as an Engineering Technician on the Test Engineering team. This role is ideal for a motivated team player with a strong aptitude for learning and technical problem-solving.What You'll DoAnalyzing collected data in software tools such as MATLAB or MinitabParticipating in team-based environments for large systemsPerforming integration and testing of new designsGenerating SQL to collect and analyze manufacturing dataPerform test station maintenance and repairTroubleshooting test hardware and softwareProviding support for production programsGenerating documentation such as work plans and test reportsWhat You'll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent and training from a technical trade school or military technical school and 5+ years related experience OR Associate’s degree in a technical specialty such as electronics technology and 0+years related experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain accurate electronic recordsRoutine and frequent lifting of 50 pounds or more with or without reasonable accommodationsMust have solid computer skills to include MS Office and Internet browsersWays to Stand Out - Preferred Requirements Possess hands-in experience with RF test equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum and network analyzers, and RF power metersExperience with hardware troubleshootingExperience with reading schematics, including RF theory and operationPossess mechanical aptitude and have small tool skillsExperience with printed circuit card assemblies (PCAs)Desire to learn new SW programming languages such as LabVIEW or TestStandExperience working with programming and databasesExcellent time management skills and attention to detailsPrevious internship experience and interest in pursuing a bachelor’s degree
