Test & Integration Technican (Afternoon Shift)

Primary Responsibilities 

Ensure a fully assembled systemIntegration, software tuning and testing of complex electromechanical devicesTroubleshoot, rework, repairs down to the component levelAbility to work to company deadlines to meet customer delivery datesAct as liaison with other departmentsEnsure proper documentationGenerate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's)Evaluate system to validate customer complaints and generate repair planWork in teams to continuously improve operations and processes

Required Capabilities 

Strong Electronics and Mechanical backgroundFamiliar with troubleshooting techniques (root cause) and the ability to read technical drawings and schematicsExperience with using various test equipmentStrong professional customer relations skillsPrevious experience working within a Microsoft Office environment including knowledge of Windows, Excel, WordExcellent interpersonal and communication skills

Desired Education and Experiences 

1 - 4 years’ experience in the Electronics and Mechanical field desiredCommunity College diploma in Electronics/Mechanical Technology or equivalentExperience with Lean Manufacturing an assetPrevious experience working in ISO9000, AS9100 environment
