Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and edit clear and user-friendly IFU documents for various products.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather and analyze information required for documentation.Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards and guidelines, including compliance with industry-specific requirements.Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation clarity and usability.Create and maintain templates and style guides to ensure consistency in documentation.Update and revise existing documentation as needed, incorporating user feedback and changes in product specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in technical writing, specifically in creating IFU documentation.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to medical devices or other relevant industries.Excellent research, writing, and editing skills with attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
