Key Responsibilities: + Assess and improve current testing practices, test cases, frameworks, and overall QA architecture. + Define automation goals (e.g., increased test coverage, faster cycle times) and create a strategic roadmap aligned with organizational objectives. + Build and manage test environments, ensuring connectivity with development pipelines and test data sources. + Evaluate existing automation frameworks and adapt them to support evolving project needs and technologies. + Provide hands-on support in test planning, execution, and reporting using the client's current IVR testing tool (Hammer). + Collaborate with stakeholders to align project-level efforts with broader QA transformation initiatives. + Lead the transition toward more comprehensive, scalable QA practices—minimizing reliance on manual testing. + Design and execute regression test suites, voice flows, and campaign testing scenarios in IVR systems. + Recommend testing best practices and tool enhancements, while adapting quickly to shifting priorities and timelines. + Work collaboratively with onshore and offshore QA teams, maintaining productivity and coverage across time zones. Support U.S. working hours as part of project engagement.
