Experience in testing automotive infotainment systems or Cluster Domain
Possess strong domain knowledge in features like Software Update, Voice Recognition, Climate system, Navigation, Vehicle, CAN, Diagnostic, Voice, Bluetooth, Tuner, Media, IPC.
Should have team handling experience of 5 to 6 members
As a Test lead should able to allocate task, review report completion, review defects, mentor and evaluate the team performance.
Should be a practitioner of Agile methodology and ASPICE process
Is aware of integration and system testing concepts and methods and tools 
Should have exposure to test strategy and plan, test design and test execution.
Should have scripting knowledge – in both test development and execution using any automation tool.
Should have good communication and presentation skills
