We are looking for a Test Lead to join our growing team in Plano, TX United States!

 

Manual Testing:

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for testing of software applications. Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure quality standards are met. Design, create, and execute detailed test cases based on functional specifications and user stories. Oversee the defect management process, including identification, documentation, and tracking of issues. Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure software updates do not introduce new defects. Analyze and interpret test results, providing clear and concise reports to stakeholders. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in release planning and provide go/no-go recommendations based on test results. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing.

 

Automation:

Hands on coding in Java. Experience developing and executing test automation scripts using Java, Maven, TestNG (or JUnit). Good to have - Appium Knowledge. Hands-on Functional testing experience. Experience in designing, enhancing new or existing automation framework. Experience with GitLab Pipeline or other continuous integration tools. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to analyze complex problems in large systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in working in Agile scrum teams, individual contributor and working with Devs to resolve the issues/ blockers / impediments.

 

Must Have:

Java/Selenium - 3/5 CI/CD - 3/5  Functional Testing Aspects/Methodologies and communication Skills - 4/5
