Test Lead - TestCafé Automation Lead
Job description:Role Title: Test Café Automation LeadPrimary Skills : TestCafé Automation TestingLocation, Philadelphia, Reston, DenverClient Interview (Y/N): YRole Description:Minimum 10 years of experience of QA automation lead E2E deliverables.Strong Lead experience in TestCafé testing Framework /toolsLeading and managing a teamBuilding relationships with customers and clientsDeveloping solutions for customer issuesE2E project deliverable and people managementCreate documentationCreate solutions and present to customers; InnovationAutomate end-to-end web testing with TestCafe, a Node. js-based testing frameworkKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:•Strong Experience in design and create scripts beyond record and playback, developing functions, custom controls and integrations of different testing tools.• Excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in clear and interesting way.• Web App automation: create maintainable, reusable test cases based on customer's requirements• To design and develop automation test cases for Mobile, Web API• Knowledge and experience in Jenkins, CI/CD tools, Postman, API testing tools should have experience in working Agile environments.• Establish and build consultative client relationships by understanding their business drivers.• Continuous learning to stay current with the latest trends in automated testing• Perform other duties as assigned• Experience testing web applications (dynamic and static elements, images)• Experience writing complex automated tests, familiar with YAML• Strong understanding of coding concepts, To troubleshoot the code compilation errors / automation test execution errors and read the error log and recommend the fixes.• Strong presentation and customer-facing skills• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written• Experience with Selenium and knowledge of Java/Java Script• Ability to work independently and in dynamic environments• Organized and methodical - able to eliminate product obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches• Experience in using Agile project management tools like Jira, Rally, Versionone or equivalent.• Contribute on 'data driven' and 'page object model' coding for automation.• Prior experience in SCRUM/Agile methodologies.• Experience with TestCafe, Playwright,Selenium based framework• Experience with Jenkins CI toolLife at Capgemini

The base salary range for the tagged location is $97,000 to 203,800This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
