About the Role
To perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) primarily for products and campaigns, with a secondary focus on system enhancements / projects / production incidents.Job Responsibilities
Understand the test strategy & testing scope outline in test plan/scriptExecute end-to-end UAT based on Test Plan/ScriptReport UAT defects/errors in JIRA, or any other identified defect tracking application.Promptly perform retest of fixed defects/errorsUpdate testing progress on testplan in daily basisCompile test plan, test results and supporting documentsAdd / Record the gaps that identified during UAT into a Master ListInform BA and relevant parties on completion of UATPerform the tasks independently with minimal supervisionTimely update of actual time spends of all works in eResource Scheduler.Expand skill set & knowledge across business functionalityConducting automation testing and automation test result verificationFeedback to automation team on common scenarios, updated stepsPerforms other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirementsJob Requirements:
Education - Degree with minimum 2-3 years working experience in financial institutionCommunication - Good command of English in both written and oralSkills - L400, Sybase applicationRelevant test execution experience and knowledge in insurance processesGood business knowledge understandingBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
