                                                                               Test Manager, Child Support

\n \n\n

\n

The Test Manager will lead a team in the testing of complex browser-based systems with distributed users and components. 

\n

 

\n

Responsibilities:

\n\n Responsible for all aspects of the design, integration, system testing, and UAT testing\n Ability to design the artifacts needed to conduct a test of a system and manage development\n Has worked with formal test methodologies that utilize requirement traceability \n Lead a team of QA engineers ensuring task and timeline are on track\n Responsible for development of the test plan, test scripts, cases, and storylines \n\n

 

\n

Required experience:

\n\n Minimum 3 years team leader experience for complex testing\n Minimum 5 years’ experience testing child support systems\n Use of automated test tools\n Use of tools for requirements traceability, test script management, and tracking of test results\n Development of formal test plans and testing progress reports\n\n

 

\n

Desired experience:

\n\n Agile and waterfall methodologies\n Knowledge of Azure DevOps TestPlan\n\n

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and flexible paid time off and sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $92,400 – $120,000.\n\n
