You will also be responsible for forecasting and developing the long term Test Bay capacity while aligning with various departments. You will also participate in the development of customer experience and test & reporting automation. + Coordinate scheduling of Test Bay use + Push teams to for optimal use to increase capacity + Measure efficiency and forecast utilization rate of Test bays + Manage Continuous Improvement and technical improvements for enhanced and optimal use + Manage long term Test Bay capacity planning&development, support manning planing + Coordinate Test Bay automation and FAT test results automation + Coordinate impact of changes&maintenance on Test Bays + Ensure Safety on Test Bays.
