Position Description:

CGI are currently looking for a Test Manager with Valid NV2 clearance to come and join our growing Space, Defence & Intelligence team in Canberra. Under direction from Project Management you will develop and execute a test, validation and baselining program for a component of an in-service coalition network, Update test, training and technical documentation, Manage & conduct the testing regime within an AGILE development environment, Perform manual testing activities including Infrastructure, SOE, Applications, Security and Disaster Recovery testing for a Defence stand-alone network.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the test and change management of the network, including
- Design test cases based on acceptance criteria and detailed designs,
- Execute test cases and record results,
- Identify, raise and manage defects,
- Report on testing activities and results,
- Contribute to defect management,
- Participate in reviews of technical documentation,
- Liaise and work closely with project engineers and other stakeholders,
- Participate in the change process and advise on effort, test approaches based on risk and timelines.
• Conduct work in accordance with the Project AGILE Methodology, including maintaining JIRA and participating in stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Experience as a Test Analyst in an infrastructure environment,
• Experience in a Windows Server / Desktop environment,
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
