Your Team, Your Impact

This job is within NPI Test Operations and supports Product and Test Engineers in the development, product qualification and Manufacturing release of all Marvell products. Additionally, the job supports production and planning teams to utilize capacity to insure Pre-Production customer shipments and utilize any spare capacity for production revenue shipments.

What You Can Expect

The Lead Engineer in NPI Operations will collaborate with Equipment Engineering, Planning, Product & Test Engineering and External Vendors to successfully execute NPI Test development milestones.

Allocate testers, tools and other resources to support NPI Project schedules.    Prepare, monitor, update test floor capacity to support test debug, engineering samples and pilot production lots   Establish and track NPI bring up schedules in collaboration with PE & Planning teamsTrack tools utilization and take actions when it drops below targetReview weekly forecasts from planning team and ensure test floor readiness to meet engineering samples shipmentsWork with Equipment engineers and Facility teams on tester, prober, handler installation schedules and release  Drive processes and procedures that 24x7 technicians & operators utilize to operate tools and manage product inventory, lot movements in test floorFocus on continuous improvementGenerate periodic management updates on operations metrics.  

What We're Looking For

BSEE/ME with minimum 8 years of experience in test operationsFundamental knowledge in ATEs, peripheral tools and their operational aspects (UltraFLEX, Advantest 93K testers, Tri-temp Probers and auto-Handlers)Some understanding in correlations, calibration, golden unit test, preventive maintenance & production release processes.Ability to establish operational procedures and monitor compliance.Strong communication with peer groups / internal customers on operational performance and supporting development requirementsExperience in driving root cause analysis and CA/PA/8D reports.Self-starter, fast learner, good communicator, able to work in matrix organization, juggle multiple tasks.Knowledge in ESD controls, GRR, 5S, TPM, OEE, 8D, ISO-9K, MS-Office tools.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

138,130 - 206,900, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
