PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is thrilled to invite you to join our team as an Electromechanical Test Operator on 1st shift in Maple Grove, MN!

Starting at $22.00/hour, you'll work 1st shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with overtime available and encouraged!
As a valued team member, you'll:
- Set up and execute test programs, troubleshoot PCB failures, ensuring flawless performance.
- Operate wire wrap machines, perform hand wire wrap operations, and run various test equipment to conduct both standard and non-standard tests of circuit boards and components.
- Collaborate closely with our test engineering team to continuously improve processes and uphold top-tier quality.
We're looking for candidates who bring:
- Manufacturing experience, with blueprint reading and measuring device skills as a bonus.
- Experience in PCB testing, wire wrapping, and soldering.
- Strong communication skills and an unwavering commitment to quality.
- Certification in J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 preferred.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
