**Description**
Candidate Attraction
+ Continually telling the story of who we are at every touchpoint. Generating awareness through community outreach events and strategic networking.
+ Tracking candidate activity, progress against KPIs and shares with internal stakeholders.
+ Keeps a pulse on talent trends and suggests pivots to stakeholders as needed.
Talent Sourcing
+ Manages internal referral program end to end.
+ Uses an understanding of talent markets and complex technology candidate profiles.
+ Continues to pro⁃actively build relationships with new talent pools and communities.
+ Ensures sufficient talent entering selection funnel to fill roles at pace and level required, demonstrates creative problem solving to stay ahead of market challenges.
Candidate Experience
+ Maintain a high touch methodology in line with our company values.
+ Value our candidates as people with frequent communication throughout the process.
+ Develops hiring plans that meet candidate needs throughout the hiring lifecycle.
+ Owns the candidate experience by identifying and removing roadblocks and uncertainty.
+ Streamlines process for both candidates and internal stakeholders so it remains effective at scale.
Candidate Assessment & Screening
+ Coordinate the recruitment process within the center and across the broader ELC community as well as with external partners.
+ Assess candidates for Technical Skills, Competencies and Culture attributes.
+ Executes initial screening of all referrals while acting as the SME for external partners as they screen candidates.
+ Engages hiring managers to ensure clear feedback is gathered, learnings applied, and candidates are assessed quickly.
+ Supports offer process to ensure internal and external equity of packages offered, handles all negotiation directly or in advisory capacity with agency partners.
Operational Compliance & Excellence
+ Maintains close partnership with key leadership stakeholders providing regular updates on progress to achieving center and talent goals.
+ Partners with Global HR and Talent Acquisition to ensure all existing processes are leveraged, and talent precedents are consistent. Aligns with HR stakeholders when new processes, systems or precedents are needed for the local market.
+ Subject matter expert on applying internal and external staffing policies and standards.

**Qualifications**
+ 4+ years of experience in IT recruiting, with relevant examples of successful recruiting process for various IT Disciplines (software development, project management, business analysis and others)
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent
+ Experience working recruiting a wide variety of candidates for different types of roles
+ Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
+ Experience in project management and operational tracking and reporting
+ Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
+ Excellent communicator, both speaking and written, able to manage tough negotiations with care and tact
+ Ability to quickly ramp up and work independently
+ Natural problem solver with drive, passion and creative ideas to reach goals
